Every time I think I’ve experienced the worst customer service possible, I’m proven wrong. Recently, late at night, I visited Club FLL with a friend who had just moved to the United States. Since his English is still limited and, like many newcomers, he is adjusting to a new country, I decided to pay for both of our admission fees. While transferring money between my accounts because one of my cards was locked, my payment was declined several times. Instead of simply giving me a moment to resolve the issue, one of the staff members casually told us to leave and come back another time, stating that the business was private and could refuse service to anyone. I found that response completely unnecessary. A few declined transactions while someone is actively trying to pay are hardly a reason to ask paying customers to leave. After a brief argument, they eventually allowed us to enter once the situation was resolved. This wasn’t my first negative experience here. A few months earlier, the individual working security confronted me because I had spent about 15 minutes in the parking lot searching for my wallet inside my car. The most entitled security guard I have ever met. 3:44am on May 24 2026. All we did is simply pass through the parking lot! And this aggressive security guard told us to get out the property! So rude when people literally need to get into the property to get into their respective places! So insanely rude and he was incredibly rude! We were going to even get our car to go park into the parking lot so we can go into that club and he ruined our experience! On another note, there was another individual that was a white man walking through the parking a lot and that security guard didn’t even call him out for passing through the parking lot! Insane experience never thought I will ever experience something like that and I’ve lived here my entire life! Never again!

I've never been but planning a trip down in July. I just have to say I absolutely love the 1 star review reply. It's 4am and I'm dying laughing on how on point the responses are... "stay home Haily" killed me 🤣🤣🤣 and ever situation was clearly the visitors fault but they didn't get their way so ima leave a negative review. Anyway we will most definitely see you in July... not intoxicated with government issued ID lolololol 🧡🧡🧡

Yesterday I went and witnessed a serious security issue: a customer walked in with a knife clearly visible, and no one noticed it. No one checked backpacks either. Because of that, I told them I didn’t feel safe entering the place. I showed them the video clip I recorded, and that’s when they took the knife away from him. My question is: how safe could it have been for the people who were already inside?

Nasty security being rude to actual people with membership. I understand staff is trying to cover their ass for what happened and the police in their establishment. But it ruined for actual members and serious people that go there to have fun. It’s a bathouse like nothing legal about it like for be for real. We understand the rules. They should be stricter to people with no memberships. The only my sauna that was worth it now ruined for people that couldn’t behaved. And now the people with membership and serious have to pay the price for it. Gay people don’t even bother to step a foot in there. Never stepping a foot near again or recommending it to travelers or friends 👎🏻

Its a nice place, never had a problem with the people that work here. Unfortunately there are apps. The apps draw the younger people due to price , speed and convience .this place draws the older crowd 45+ .that are used to physical meeting spaces. Its a nice place to relax and unwind or socialize. plenty of btms. few tops. ratio is probably 80% btms/20%tops . But that is generally how it is everywhere. Place would definitely benefit from a college night, or college id discount. or a under 21 or 25 yo discounted rate. I don t think they lose much money, because again young body beautiful people don't need to spend much to get results.

There has been a massive improvement in the customer service here over the past couple of years. before, the front desk experience could feel intimidating and the staff often seemed to actively hate their patrons. but now, even though many of the team are the same from back then, something has definitely changed. they are almost always polite and professional.

Friend was visiting from out of state and decided to show him a nice South Florida experience. It was my first time at The Club FTL (have been to the Orlando location) and was very satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive, the gym equipment was top notch and suitable for actual bodybuilding needs. The facilities were exceptionally clean, with staff tending to showers and common areas routinely just about every 15-20 minutes. The outdoor pool, patio, and hot tub are very nice and have a very lush ambience with the trees and shaded lounging areas. Steam rooms in particular are my favorite and this location had a maze which made cruising exciting and mysterious; heavy steam, dark atmosphere with black lights for subtle visibility really ramped up the temperature and made it even more fun. The wooden dry sauna was also a decent size. We got a deluxe room and it was perfect for our visit; the bed was a double size and came with fresh sheets, clean pillows, and a mounted tv; though we don’t watch anything. The overall ambience of the showers and common areas were very modern with cool lighting features. I rated 4/5 due to the lack of more common play areas, but it’s understan
